104 Anglers have caught 204 Rainbows to 6lb.

94 Rainbows were kept at an average weight of 2lb 6oz
Stocked this week with 200 rainbows 180 averaging 2lb 4oz these were from 1lb 12oz to 2lb 8oz and 20 averaging 4lb 12oz these were from 4lb to 6lb.
It has been another difficult week although on Tuesday afternoon when the wind swung from the North to the South East the fishing improved with anglers fishing after 3pm having the best sport of the week. Darren Parry started at 7.15pm and landed seven to 4lb from the moor side on size 12 green Diawl Bach.
Boat Anglers Ian Fenton and Steve Lilley caught nineteen between them fishing out from the pipe on the dam with Dawson’s Olives fished very deep on sinking lines. They kept eight fish to 4lb 6oz for a total bag weight of 25lb. Ryan Vasey caught seven on Black Buzzers fished deep from the top moor side block. Keith Thompson caught seven from the overflow end of the dam on a Pink Nomad he kept two fish 3lb and 3lb 4oz. Billy Wilson had five to 3lb during a morning session from the moor side on Buzzers. Michael Powel landed five from the moor side. Les Davison caught four to 6lb from the overflow end of the dam on Yellow Dancer.
Bank and boat anglers have had fish on Black Buzzers, Damsels, Hares Ear nymph, olive Klinkhamers, Shuttle cocks, Cats Whisker and Dawson’s Olive.
Lockwood opens at 8am and closes at 10.00pm

Last 4 hour permits are available from 5 pm.
All Boats should be back at the jetty by 9.30pm. All anglers should be of the fishery by 10.15pm
