Sunday 22nd
12 Anglers caught 43 Rainbows and 3 Brown Trout. Rod average 3.8
11 Fish were kept at an average weight of 3lb 10oz.
The very strong winds kept rod numbers low, some of those who fished had excellent sport from the bank. Graham Hill caught fifteen keeping a brown Trout of 8lb and rainbow of 7lb. Colin Green caught fourteen keeping two for 10lb 8oz best an 8lb rainbow and P Simpson caught ten.
BOATS
No boat were allowed out because of the severe weather conditions.

Monday 23rd
33 Anglers caught 42 Rainbows and 1 Brown Trout. Rod average 1.3
22 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 3oz
Anglers found conditions very difficult with the strong SW Winds still blowing. Lots of fish could be seen feeding near or on the surface but the wind made hooking and keeping them hooked difficult.
BOATS
Mrs Olive Murray caught nine on CDC Shuttle Cocks fishing just of the point. Olive said that she rose and lost a lot of fish. Tim Grove caught five on damsels fishing in the shallows of the culvert.

Tuesday 24th
23 Anglers caught 59 Rainbows and 5 Brown Trout. Rod average 2.8
17 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 9oz.
Another windy day spoiling the bank fishing. Andrew Grabham caught eight on a four hour permit from the holy bush and M France also had eight on a four hour permit.
BOATS
Mrs Olive Murray had nine again on CDC Shuttle Cocks fishing just of the point.

Wednesday 25th
25 Anglers caught 53 Rainbows and 0 Brown Trout. Rod average 2.1
23 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 5oz.
Strong SW winds again making fishing difficult on the moorside and on most of the dam. Derek Waterworth caught five on small black spiders from the top moorside block before the wind got to strong.
BOATS
John McGarrell caught eight on CDC Shuttle Cocks fishing out from the culvert he said that there were loads of fish showing for most of the day.

Thursday 26th
22 Anglers caught 45 Rainbows and 1 Brown Trout. Rod average 2.4
23 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 10oz.
Yet another very windy day making for difficult casting. P Riley fished after 6pm when the wind had dropped catching eight from the moorside. Graham Southam fished for two hours from 8 to 10pm catching six fish on hears ear wading from the culvert. Graham kept the best rainbow of the day at 10lb 12oz

Friday 27th
38 Anglers caught 90 Rainbows and 4 Brown Trout. Rod average 3.2
38 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 12oz.
Strong south westerly winds again. Most bank anglers caught fish.
BOATS
Boat anglers had the best sport with Simon Robinson catching 17 including the best rainbow of the day at 10lb 5oz.

Stocked today 230 Rainbows, Blues and Browns from 1lb 8oz to 5lb

Saturday 28th
33 Anglers caught 86 Rainbows and 4 Brown Trout. Rod average 2.6
37 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 6oz.
Anglers reported plenty of fish showing for most of the day but found them hard to tempt. John McGarrell caught eight on CDC Shuttle Cocks.
BOATS
Ray Barrett and Andrew Davison caught 11 on emergers.
