73 Rainbows were returned.
The water temperature 2ft down at the Jetty on the 26th was 18.5c

Overall not many rods out due to the unsettled weather and possibly the football. The fishing is best described as challenging despite the 900 fish that have been introduced over the last three weeks.
No clear method stood out with anglers catching on Blobs, damsels. Hoppers and CDC Shuttlecock’s.
Boat anglers once again had better sport, Les Davison caught 12 over two visits and Steve Trafford had 9 all so over two visits. Malcom Grainger caught 5 fishing near the point. Bank Angler Desmond Molly caught 7 on hoppers from the moor side. Keith Bunnett caught 5 from the dam and moor side on Black Shuttlecock’s. Steve Mills had 4 on the last four-hour permit from the top of the moor side on White Lures. Float Tube Angler D Randall had the best fish of the week at 6lb one of two he landed on dry’s from the deep water off the valve tower.
