Sunday 11th
36 Anglers caught 155 Rainbows to 11lb 12oz and 2 Browns.

Bank
Ian Douglas caught the best fish of the day the 11lb 12oz Rainbow fell to a slowly fished Black Diawl bach. Robert Thompson caught sixteen rainbows from the top of the moorside on shuttlecocks. Graham hill caught ten on nymphs fishing near the top moorside block. Dave Walker caught fourteen from the Whitby end of the dam. Colin Lynas landed nine rainbows and lost as many from the overflow end of the dam.
Boats
Andy Lee caught twenty six rainbows on lures and nymphs keeping four for 15ln 8oz fishing out from the Woodside block. Wheel chair angler Paul Richardson caught eleven rainbows on dries from our wheely boat.
Monday 12th
25 Anglers caught 51 Rainbows to 5lb 8oz and 5 Browns to 2lb 8oz.

14 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 6oz

Bank
Mike Kilvington caught nine and Ian Morrison seven from the overflow end of the dam on lures. Keith Thompson caught a lovely over wintered 5lb 8oz Rainbow from the boat jetty.

William Leitch caught eight on lures. Jim Tate and Dave Dickons had five each fishing lures under an indercator.

Tuesday 13th
14 Anglers caught 69 Rainbows to 5lb 12oz and 1 Brown.

Junior Angler Lewis Wright caught five keeping four for 11lb 8oz. G Ditchburn and Peter Eastwood both had seven.

What a day Clark Mondal had .Clark caught thirty one rainbows on olive nymphs.

Wednesday 14th
5 Anglers caught 24 Rainbows to 3lb and 1 Brown

9 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 5oz

Only three anglers fished on the bank and all blanked.

Andrew Bogan caught sixteen rainbows and one brown trout on CDC Beetles and Steve Trafford caught nine on nymphs.

Thursday 15th
26 Anglers caught 57 Rainbows to 5lb 8oz and 6 Browns to 4lb Rod average 2.3
25 Fish were kept at an average weight of 2lb 3oz

A Taylor caught nine, Ian Morrison had seven, R Muthand and A Brown caught six each.
Boat
Nigel Wharam caught seven on lures. Tim Grove had seven on nymphs and dries and B Gardiner had six on Nomads.

Friday 16th
Stocked to day with 230 Rainbows from 1lb 8oz to 7lb.
35 Anglers caught 52 Rainbows to 5lb and 4 browns to 3lb 8oz Rod average 1.6
22 Rainbows were kept at an average weight of 2lb 4oz.
1 Brown kept of 3lb 8oz

Mike walker caught nine to 6lb on damsels. D Grabham caught nine.

G Harrison caught eight on buzzers.

Saturday 17th

39 Anglers caught 168 Rainbows to 10lb 4oz and 10 Brown Rod average 4.6
38 Fish were kept at an average weight of 3lb.

Bank
Andrew Grabham caught twenty one rainbows on size 14 black buzzers Fished very slowly from the Woodside block to the high bank. John Parker caught nine on the same method. Graham Southham caught eleven rainbows on olive buzzer from the Woodside. Dave Parry and Scott Connaughhton fished into a very strong wind at the Whitby End of the dam for two hours in the late afternoon, Dave caught eleven to 6lb on Cats Whisker and Scott eight on Dawson’s Nomad. Jason Nunn caught seven Browns and three rainbows from the top moorside block. Dave Sanders caught seven Rainbows from the overflow end of the on lures. Keith Richards caught the best fish of the day 10lb 4oz from the Holly bush on a size 14 olive shipman’s fished just in the surface.
Boats
Mike Traynor from Northumberland had an excellent day catching fifteen on lures fishing out from the culvert, Mike kept four for 23lb the heaviest bag of the season so far with his best fish at 6lb 12oz. Andrew Davison and Ray Barrett caught twenty one between them on small nymphs and emerges. Wilam Leitch had nine on lures fished on an intermediate line.
