Anglers fishing from bank and boat have had some good sport with a lot of fish feeding in the on top 3 feet of water, small dries such as size 18 to 20 Adams and 16 to 18 buzzers have done best during the day with Klinkhamers and sedge Patterns coming in to there own in the evening. Damsels and G.R.E.A have been the best nymphs fished from the bank with Dawson’s Nomad and Cats Whisker the best lures.

David Appleton caught the best rainbow or the week at 12lb 4oz the fin perfect fish took 15 minuets to land.
Boat angler Jason Nunn caught one of the big fish estimated at 16lb on a cat’s whisker he tried to weigh the fish but the scales on his net only go to 14lb and this fish was a lot heaver than that. The fish went back to fight another day.
